Location and Connectivity
Hulimangala is a village area south of Electronic City, between Hosur Road and the Jigani industrial belt. Checks Before Booking
A long build makes the early paperwork more important. These steps are worth taking before paying a booking amount:
- Look up the RERA entry and confirm that your tower is part of the registered plan.
- Ask for the RERA carpet area of the exact unit, alongside the built-up size.
- Get a cost sheet with floor-rise, parking, deposits, GST, stamp duty and registration.
- Read the draft agreement for sale for the milestone schedule and the delay clause.
- Have a lawyer check the land title and an encumbrance certificate.
- Drive from the site to Hosur Road and to your office at peak hour.
