Buying from Bren Corporation in Bangalore usually means a mid-rise apartment in the south-east, though the builder has spread well beyond it. Its homes run from Marathahalli, Doddanekkundi and Haralur Road down to Kasavanahalli, Kudlu Gate and HSR Extension. Newer launches have moved to Kanakapura Road and Hulimangala in the south, and to Kogilu and Old Madras Road further out. Almost everything is 2 and 3 BHK apartments, with Bren Cosmo, a plotted layout at Budigere Cross, as the main exception.

The record here leans towards finished work. Most of the projects listed below are complete, and some have been lived in for well over a decade. Bren Unity in Marathahalli was handed over in 2011, while later completions include Bren Imperia on Haralur Road in 2021 and Bren Northern Lights at Kogilu in 2022. The builder is based in Bengaluru, and most of its sites are compact, between about 3 and 5 acres, with a handful of larger ones.

The ongoing stock is where your checks matter most. Bren Park City at Hulimangala lists possession from June 2029, while the Kanakapura Road launches have no firm date in our records yet. Ask for the Karnataka RERA number of the exact phase you are booking, and match the possession date in your agreement with the one filed on the RERA portal. Get a full cost sheet too, because a listed starting price rarely includes parking, club membership, GST and registration.

Prices in our records run from about Rs. 35 Lakhs for a smaller home at Bren Champion Square on Sarjapura Road to about Rs. 1.57 Crore for a 3 BHK on Old Madras Road. That spread works for first-time buyers as well as families moving up to a larger 3 BHK. If you want a settled community with a track record you can inspect, the completed buildings are worth a visit; if you can wait, the southern launches offer newer layouts.
