Prestige Parklane in Devanahalli Gets RERA Registration
Prestige Parklane is Prestige Group's new apartment project in Devanahalli, north Bangalore, and it is now registered with Karnataka RERA. The registration came through on 15 September 2026, and the developer opened expressions of interest the same day. For buyers following the next Prestige new launch in the airport corridor, this is the step that allows bookings to move forward.
The RERA registration
The project's Karnataka RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/150926/008941. You can look it up on the Karnataka RERA website, rera.karnataka.gov.in, to see the approved plans and the declared completion date. A registered project must build to those approved plans and keep buyers' money in a separate project account.
What is planned
The homes sit on about 11.9 acres, within a larger 32-acre Prestige development in the KIADB Aerospace Park area. Nine towers are planned, each with a ground floor and 24 floors above it. The mix covers 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats, with super built-up areas from about 565 sq ft to 1,801 sq ft.
Buildings will cover only about a quarter of the land. The rest, roughly 75%, is set aside for landscaped open space. Planned amenities include a swimming pool and a children's pool, padel and pickleball courts, a cricket practice net, an outdoor gym, jogging tracks and a lawn for pets.
Price and possession
Prices on our Prestige Parklane page start from about ₹65 lakh. The developer has not yet published a full price list, so treat any early figure as indicative. Our listing shows possession from January 2031, and the RERA record will confirm the exact completion date.

An expression of interest usually holds your place in the queue for unit selection. Before paying, ask how much is refundable and when. Check the RERA registration, the tower and floor you are offered, and the payment schedule that will follow. It also helps to ask which amenities will be ready at the first handover.
