Walk every facility on your visit and judge its upkeep, since what you see is what you get.

A weekday morning could begin on the jogging track, move to the gymnasium and finish with a swim before work. Children have a play area of their own and the outdoor courts once school is done. The landscaped gardens are where an evening walk happens, and the retail spaces inside the compound cover the small errands that would otherwise mean a trip onto Sarjapur Road.

Rainy days and weekends go indoors. The clubhouse holds a games room and table tennis, and the activity area takes classes and community events. Birthdays and family functions book the party area. Ask the association how each space is reserved and what it costs to hire.

Two questions matter more than the list itself. First, how many lifts serve each block and how long the wait is at 9 am. Second, what the monthly maintenance charge is per sq ft and whether the sinking fund is healthy, because in a small community every big repair lands on a hundred households.
