Only 12 four-bedroom homes are planned, six in each tower, all on the top floor. Their carpet areas run from 1,566 to 1,873 sq ft, and the balconies are generous at about 158 to 417 sq ft.

All Century Kindle sizes are RERA carpet areas, the usable floor inside the walls of each home. Balconies are counted separately, and the super built-up area of each home is larger.

Structure
The towers use a structural system designed for Seismic Zone II. Walls are built in solid concrete blocks and plastered.
Flooring and dado
The floor finishes by room are:

- Balcony: ceramic tiles
- Bathrooms: anti-skid ceramic tiles, with vitrified tile dado on the walls
Doors and windows
The main door and the internal doors are engineered wood. Balcony doors and windows are UPVC sliders with plain glass and mosquito mesh.
Kitchen and bathrooms
The kitchen and utility share four 16 amp and four 6 amp sockets, with one water point in the kitchen and two in the utility beside a drain point. The granite counter, kitchen dado and sink are left to the buyer. Bathrooms get Jaquar or Kohler (or equivalent) sanitary ware and faucets, and each has an exhaust fan.
Electrical and power backup
Switches are modular Schneider or equivalent, with TV and telephone points in the living room and bedrooms. Power supply is 4 kW, 6 kW and 7 kW for the 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes, with backup of 2 kW, 3 kW and 3.5 kW.
Lifts, painting and security
Automatic passenger lifts serve each tower, and railings are MS. Walls get acrylic emulsion inside and weatherproof paint outside, and each main door has a video door phone.

Yelahanka is a residential suburb on the northern edge of Bangalore, in Bengaluru North Taluk of Bengaluru Urban district. It grew from an old town once ruled by the family of Kempegowda, the founder of Bangalore. Today it is best known for its Air Force station, which hosts the Aero India air show.
