Price per sq ft of Century Novus

The price per sq ft is about Rs. 7,720 on super built-up area, based on the Rs. 78 Lakhs starting price of the 1,010 sq ft 2 BHK. On carpet area, the 2 BHK homes measure 644 to 726 sq ft and the 3 BHK homes 836 to 978 sq ft.

What changes the final cost?

The final amount for a home in Century Novus can move with the tower, floor and facing of the unit, and a lake view usually costs more. GST, stamp duty, registration fees, car parking and the maintenance deposit are added to the base price unless the quote includes them.

Resale pricing and maintenance

Resale homes in Century Novus are priced by their owners, and the amount already paid to the developer is part of each deal. The maintenance charges will be fixed at handover, and we will share them as soon as they are officially released.

Century Novus specifications cover an IGBC Pre-Certified Gold building design, Vastu-compliant homes and two towers built to a sanctioned floor area ratio of 2.25. The detailed sheet for flooring, doors, windows, kitchen and bathroom fittings is shared on request.

Structure

Each of the 2 towers is built as a basement, a stilt level and 12 residential floors, rising to a height of 41.45 m. The building plan was approved by the BBMP on 13 February 2023.

Water, power and green features

Water supply for Century Novus comes from the BWSSB, backed by rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant on site. Power backup and electric vehicle charging points are part of the project services. Smart LED lights are used for the outdoor areas.

Lifts, fire safety and security

Both towers have lifts and staircases serving every floor, and the fire and safety approval for the project is in place. The site is watched 24 hours a day by guards and CCTV cameras, inside smart perimeter fencing. Ask us for a copy of the full specification sheet.

Jakkur is a residential locality in North Bangalore, between Hebbal and Yelahanka, with the postal PIN 560064. It is best known for Jakkur Lake and for the Jakkur Aerodrome, a small airfield used for flying training. Much of its former farmland is now apartments, villas and schools.

Jakkur is located just east of Bellary Road (NH 44), the main road from central Bangalore to Kempegowda International Airport. Jakkur Main Road links it to that highway, and Thanisandra Main Road runs along its eastern side. Neighbouring areas include Amruthahalli, Sahakar Nagar, Kodigehalli, Yelahanka, Hegde Nagar and Thanisandra.

Work and daily needs

Manyata Tech Park is the largest office hub close to Jakkur, and the business parks around Hebbal are a short drive further south. Schools, colleges and hospitals are spread along Bellary Road and the Yelahanka belt. Daily shopping is close at hand in Sahakar Nagar and Yelahanka.

Planned infrastructure

Century Novus RERA registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/100423/005853, granted on 10 April 2023 by the Karnataka RERA authority. A single registration covers both towers and all 234 apartments. Talreja Realty LLP is the promoter and landowner of the project, which is developed and marketed by Century Real Estate.

Building plan and other approvals

The building plan of Century Novus was approved by the BBMP on 13 February 2023, under plan number LP BBMP/Addl.Dir/JDNORTH/0039/21-22. Clearances from the BWSSB, the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, the environment ministry, BESCOM, the fire department, the Airport Authority of India and BSNL are in place.

Home loans for Century Novus

Home loans for Century Novus are available from all major banks and financial institutions. A down payment of about 20% of the home price is usual, and each lender confirms its own approval when a buyer applies.

The registration number, the promoter and the quarterly progress filings can be checked on the Karnataka RERA portal. Buyers should also check the sale agreement and title documents before paying any booking amount.

Century Novus construction status is 82% complete as of June 2026, with the structure of both towers nearly finished. Work started on 1 March 2023, and the RERA registration followed on 10 April 2023. The proposed completion date is 31 August 2027.

Each tower of Century Novus is 95% complete, with all floors up to the eleventh finished and the twelfth floor at 95%. The basement, foundations, retaining walls, staircases, lifts and lobbies are complete. The main works have reached these levels:

What comes next?

The next milestones are the plumbing and electrical finishing, fire-fighting systems, waterproofing, landscaping and the outdoor amenities, all scheduled before August 2027.
