Buying from CKPC Properties in Bangalore means booking an apartment that is still being built, in one of two very different parts of the city. Its homes in our records are on Hosur Road in the south-east and in Yelahanka in the north, all still under construction, with possession listed for 2029 and 2030.

CKPC Winds of Change in Yelahanka is the larger, at about 7.5 acres with 438 homes. It covers the widest range, from one-bedroom homes through compact, regular and study versions of the two-bedroom, up to three and four bedrooms. Prices start at about Rs. 1 Crore, and possession is listed from March 2029.

CKPC Heart of Harmony on Hosur Road is smaller and pricier, with 137 homes from about Rs. 2.43 Crore. It offers three-bedroom homes in Classic, Premium and Luxe versions, the last with a study, and a four-bedroom Grande. Possession is listed from March 2030.

With no completed CKPC project in our records, you are judging the builder before seeing a finished building. Check each project's Karnataka RERA registration and its quarterly progress reports, and match the possession month in your agreement with the RERA date. Ask for a cost sheet showing parking, club, GST and deposits, and for the land area of Heart of Harmony, which our records do not show.

Winds of Change suits first-time buyers and young families; Heart of Harmony suits buyers wanting a larger three or four-bedroom home.
