Godrej Splendour Elevate stands on Belathur Main Road in Krishnarajapura, pincode 560067, as part of Godrej Splendour on the Whitefield side of the city. Whitefield has long been a centre of the city's tech jobs, so for many buyers the office is the reason to live here. The developer has not published distances or nearby landmarks, so none are quoted on this page.

Your daily commute will start on Belathur Main Road. Drive it at the time you would leave for work, and again when you would come home, since local roads in this belt can slow sharply at peak hours. If you use a cab or a shared shuttle, check how long pickups take at the gate.

Everyday errands get easier with a shopping centre inside the development, which can save short trips out. For schools, hospitals and a larger mall, list the ones your family uses and time each drive from the site. Visit once on a weekday and once on a weekend before you book.

Godrej Splendour Elevate offers five layouts, quoted as built-up area. The one-bedroom home is about 605 sq ft. The two-bedroom homes are about 982 and 1,137 sq ft, and the three-bedroom homes about 1,234 and 1,529 sq ft. Carpet areas have not been published, so ask for them.

Starting prices are Rs. 39.99 Lakhs for one bedroom, Rs. 63.99 Lakhs and Rs. 79.99 Lakhs for the two-bedroom plans, and Rs. 83.99 Lakhs and Rs. 1.10 Crore for the three-bedroom plans. That is roughly Rs. 6,500 to Rs. 7,200 per sq ft. The smaller three-bedroom home costs only Rs. 4 Lakhs more than the larger two-bedroom home. Floor and facing will add to each figure.

As an under-construction purchase, your home attracts GST, plus stamp duty and registration. Ask for a cost sheet listing:

• Car parking charge
• Clubhouse membership and maintenance deposit
• GST on its own line
• Stamp duty and registration
• Milestone-linked payment schedule up to March 2027

Godrej Splendour Elevate has no RERA number published by Godrej Properties. Ask for it before paying, then look it up on the Karnataka RERA website (rera.karnataka.gov.in). Check that it covers your tower and that the declared completion date matches March 2027.

While the towers are being built, ask for:

• The RERA registration certificate
• Title documents and an encumbrance certificate for the 17 acres
• The sanctioned building plan for your tower
• Environmental clearance for a project of this size
• A draft agreement for sale with the handover date and delay compensation
• The list of banks that have approved the project

At handover, get the occupancy certificate for your tower before paying the final instalment. Register the sale deed at the sub-registrar's office, then apply for the khata in your name. File every receipt and letter from the developer until the khata is done.

Godrej Splendour Elevate spreads nine towers across 17 acres, with the two clubhouses, the pool, the courts and the garden parks shared by all residents. The developer has not published an open-space share, so ask for the sanctioned site plan to see what stays green. All images are renders as planned by the developer until the towers are finished.

A morning here might open with meditation in the yoga pavilion, a workout in the gym or a few laps in the pool. Joggers have a track, and the sports courts suit a game before or after work. Children have a play area, and the indoor games room covers a wet afternoon.

Evenings and weekends can go to the landscaped garden parks, a film in the mini theatre or a family function in the multipurpose hall. With 1,161 households and two clubhouses, ask which clubhouse is nearest your tower and how the two differ. Also ask which amenities will open at handover and which will follow.
