Godrej Greenview Estate is developed by Godrej Properties Limited, a developer listed on the BSE and NSE and known for clear-title, compliant projects. Its statutory approvals are in place and both phases are RERA registered, with the current status set out below.
Legal Status of the Property
The 46-acre Indore land parcel has been secured by Godrej Properties, confirmed through a regulatory filing in February 2025. The project has clear legal standing, with Madhya Pradesh RERA registration granted under P-SWR-25-5772 for Phase 1 and P-SWR-25-5648 for Phase 2.
Approvals and Sanctions
The layout plan is sanctioned by the Local Planning Authority under plan number TNCP/IND/2025/1284, approved on 14 March 2025, with a permissible ground coverage across 186,155 sq m of land. Both phases are registered with MP RERA. The land is held on clear title records issued by the Revenue Department, and is owned outright by Godrej Properties Limited by sale, with no joint development agreement.
Home Loan Support
The sales team assists buyers with home loan guidance. With both phases RERA registered, banks can process sanction and disbursement against the registered project record.
Documentation
Buyers receive the project documents at the appropriate stages, from the sale agreement at booking to the registration documents on handover. The approved plan and both RERA registrations are on public record and can be verified on the MP RERA portal.
Construction Status
Godrej Greenview Estate is RERA registered for both phases, with its launch on 15 January 2025. Construction starts on 10 February 2025, in line with the RERA schedule for infrastructure work. Godrej Properties owns the 46-acre land parcel outright.
