Godrej Park Retreat is located in Kodathi village, Varthur hobli, in the Bengaluru East taluk, on the Carmelaram side of Sarjapur Road. RGA Tech Park and the Wipro campus on Sarjapur Road are each about a 6-minute drive away. Carmelaram railway station is about 7 minutes off.

For daily errands, DPS East is about 8 minutes away by car, Motherhood Hospital about 11 and Central Mall in Bellandur about 14. Manipal Hospital takes roughly 15 to 19 minutes, depending on the route.

The Outer Ring Road is roughly 15 minutes away and leads on to Bellandur, Marathahalli and the tech parks further north. These times assume normal off-peak traffic, so test the drive at rush hour, and see more homes around Sarjapura Road.

Godrej Park Retreat offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats in a small set of standard plans. Carpet areas below are rounded to the nearest sq ft:

• 1 BHK: about 369 or 372 sq ft, 169 flats, all in Tower H
• 2 BHK: about 592 or 600 sq ft for most of the 538 flats, plus about 25 corner plans of 651 to 681 sq ft
• 3 BHK: about 759 sq ft, 269 flats in Towers A to E

Because the plans repeat, neighbouring flats are often identical. Before agreeing a price, ask the seller for the floor plan and the carpet area written into the sale agreement.

Godrej Park Retreat shares one campus plan with the later phase, built around a central clubhouse of about 28,000 sq ft. That plan keeps about 85% of the net site open, with roughly 5.7 acres of green cover. Facilities on the campus include:

Amenities are handed over under the terms of each sale agreement, and some belong to later stages of the campus. Ask the owners' association which of them are open when you visit.
