Legal Status of the Property
The 44-acre Greater Faridabad land parcel has been secured by Godrej Properties, confirmed through a regulatory filing in February 2020. The project has clear legal standing, with Haryana RERA registration granted on 10 February 2020 under HRERA-PKL-FBD-213-2020 and HRERA-PKL-FBD-218-2020.

The building plan is sanctioned by the Local Planning Authority under plan number DTCP/HR/2020/FBD/083, approved on 15 January 2020, with an FAR of 1.000 across 178,062 sq m of land. Both phases are registered with Haryana RERA. The land is held on clear title issued by the Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana, and is owned outright by Godrej Properties Limited by sale, with no joint development agreement.

The sales team assists buyers with home loan guidance. With both phases RERA registered, banks can process sanction and disbursement against the registered project record.
