If you want flats in Attapur, the draw is location: this southern Hyderabad locality lies near Rajendranagar, on the main highway heading south out of the city. Think of it as a middle ring: newer than the old city, yet closer in than the far suburbs. From here you can reach the city centre and the road to the airport, and prices are lower than in the western corridor.

Getting around works in two directions. The highway gives you a run south towards the airport, and roads north take you into the city centre. The western tech corridor is reachable, though at a price lower than living there. Drive your office route at peak hour before booking, as traffic in a dense area can be slow.

Dense localities bring their own trade-offs. Roads near the main junctions get crowded, and open space inside the neighbourhood is limited. In a large project, check how the maintenance charges are set and whether the residents' association is running the building yet. Confirm the water supply arrangement and the parking allocation in writing. Verify the registration on the TS-RERA portal, and compare the carpet area in the agreement with the brochure. Ask for the full cost sheet, covering clubhouse, corpus and registration charges.
