Buying from Kalpataru Group outside Mumbai, going by our listings, means choosing between two apartment projects in two cities. In Hyderabad there is Kalpataru Avante in Sanath Nagar, with 2 BHK, 3 BHK and a larger 3 BHK Grande. In Pune there is Kalpataru Jade Residences in Baner, where 3 BHK, 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK homes are spread across separate towers.

The group dates from 1969 and is run from Mumbai, Maharashtra. Jade Residences is listed as completed in 2023, so you can see the finished towers before you decide. Avante is listed as ready to move with around 183 homes. Our record also shows possession from December 2026 onwards for Avante, so confirm the actual handover date with the builder.

Each city has its own regulator, so ask for the Telangana RERA number for Avante and the MahaRERA number for Jade Residences. At Jade, check the occupancy certificate for the exact tower you are buying in, since each configuration comes from a different tower. For both, request a cost sheet that separates base price, parking, club charges and statutory fees.

Prices on our listings start at about Rs. 1.02 Crore in Sanath Nagar and about Rs. 1.7 Crore in Baner. Avante suits a household buying its first larger home in Hyderabad, or moving up from a 2 BHK. Jade Residences leans towards Pune families who need 3.5 BHK or 4.5 BHK space and prefer a completed building.
