Choosing Keya Homes in Bangalore today means buying a flat that is still being built. Every Keya Homes project on our listings is under construction, spread across Whitefield, Bannerghatta Road and Sarjapura Road.

The Bengaluru developer builds apartments only, and it says it funds its work without bank loans or outside investors. No founding year is on record with us. Keya The Urban Forest on Sarjapura Road quotes possession from December 2027. Keya Spring on Bannerghatta Road and Around the Life by Keya Homes in Whitefield have no possession date in our records yet. With three sites under way at once, ask how many workers are on each and how far each tower has risen. A developer's pace across several projects tells you more than its brochure.

That missing date is the first thing to settle. Ask for the RERA registration of each project and read the completion date filed there. A developer that avoids debt should still show you a clear construction schedule, so ask for recent site photos or visit the site. Get the cost sheet in writing, with parking, clubhouse, deposits and GST shown line by line.

The price and size spread is useful. Keya Spring starts at about Rs. 1.64 Crore with 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes, and The Urban Forest starts near Rs. 1.70 Crore with Grand versions of its 3 and 4 BHK plans. Around the Life starts at about Rs. 2.70 Crore and is 4 BHK only, aimed at bigger families.

Pick the locality first, based on where you work and where your children study, and then compare the Keya project in it with others nearby.
