For daily work, the IT campuses at Tathawade and Hinjewadi are near, yet no drive time to either has been published. Test the route in the morning rush and on the way home. Buses run along the BRTS route through Mukai Chowk, so walk from the gate to the nearest stop and see how long it takes.

As the building is complete, your checks focus on the finished structure and the land title. Before paying a booking amount, ask for:

• The commencement certificate and sanctioned building plan
• A title search on the land by your own lawyer

• Society registration and the status of the conveyance
