About Krishna Homes

Buying from Krishna Homes in Bangalore means buying something already built. Every Krishna Homes project on our listings is completed or ready, and the mix includes apartments, villas and plots across the north and south of the city.

The Bengaluru developer works under Krishna Enterprises (H&I) India. In Yelahanka it has built Krishna Brighton apartments and Krishna Haven villas. Krishna Northwoods villas in Thanisandra date from December 2014, Krishna Mystiq on Begur Road from 2017, and Krishna Goldfields in Electronic City Phase 2 from 2019. Krishna Stoneview in Devanahalli is a plotted project. That gives you a rare chance to see buildings of very different ages from one builder, from the 2014 villas to the 2019 flats. It is a fair test of how its construction holds up over a decade.

Most prices here are on request, which usually means the remaining homes are resales or last units. Ask for the occupancy certificate, the sale deed, the khata and tax receipts for the exact unit. For Stoneview plots, check the layout approval and whether roads and water lines are in place. Ask each association about its maintenance charge and pending dues.

The spread suits very different buyers. Goldfields starts at about Rs. 39.98 Lakhs for 2 and 3 BHK flats, an entry point for first-time buyers. Brighton and Mystiq serve families wanting 2 to 4 BHK flats. Haven and Northwoods offer 4 BHK villas for larger households who want their own entrance.

Older projects let you see how the builder's work has aged, so walk the common areas and talk to residents before you settle on one.
