Anyone weighing L&T Realty in Bangalore is really choosing between Hebbal and Thanisandra. Every L&T Realty project on our listings is an apartment community in one of those two localities, with a mix of finished and under-construction homes.

For Elara Celestia and the Thanisandra project, read the RERA completion date, and get a cost sheet listing parking, clubhouse, deposits and GST.

Starting prices run from about Rs. 2.33 Crore at Olivia to about Rs. 3.35 Crore at Elara Celestia. The Raintree Boulevard family suits buyers who want a 3 or 4 BHK in a finished campus. Elara Celestia adds 4 and 5 BHK duplexes for larger households. The Thanisandra project offers 3 and 4 BHK plans in Premium and Grande sizes, for those who can wait.
