Every Legacy Group project on our Bangalore listings is finished, so buying from this builder means choosing a completed apartment. The projects are spread across Jakkur, Yelahanka and Devanahalli in the north, and Horamavu in the east.

The Bengaluru developer has no founding year on record with us. Its track record here is the four completed projects themselves. Legacy Vivienda in Devanahalli was handed over from December 2019. Legacy Cirocco in Jakkur followed from December 2020. Legacy Salvador in Yelahanka and Legacy Saviero in Horamavu were both handed over from December 2021. All four were delivered within about two years of each other, which suggests a builder that works on several sites in parallel. Ask residents whether their handover dates slipped, and by how long.

Since these are finished buildings, the checks are those of a ready or resale purchase. Ask for the occupancy certificate of your tower, the sale deed or allotment letter, and the khata. Check that property tax and association dues are paid. If the builder still holds unsold units, get the cost sheet in writing with parking and corpus fund listed.

The price spread is unusually wide for one builder. Vivienda starts at about Rs. 31.5 Lakhs with 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes, an entry point for first-time buyers. Saviero and Salvador start near Rs. 94 Lakhs and Rs. 99 Lakhs, and Salvador adds penthouses. Cirocco starts at about Rs. 4.10 Crore, with 3 and 4 BHK homes for buyers who want a premium address in Jakkur.

Talk to residents about maintenance and water supply, since a finished project shows how the builder hands over and supports a building.
