Buying from Nambiar Builders in Bangalore mostly means buying on Sarjapura Road, where its villa communities and its large apartment township are grouped. Nambiar Bellezea and Nambiar Ellegenza are completed villa projects there, and Ellegenza Phase 2 is being built next door. Nambiar District 25 brings apartments to the same road on a 100-acre site. Away from it, Nambiar Millennia in Muthanallur offers smaller flats, and a pre-launch villa project is listed on Bannerghatta Road.

The company was set up in 2009 and is based in Bengaluru. Its finished work is mainly villas: Ellegenza has 304 villas on about 23 acres, handed over from December 2022, and Bellezea is also complete. The ongoing pipeline is bigger. District 25 and Ellegenza Phase 2 are both due from December 2028, Millennia is marked ready with possession from November 2026, and the Bannerghatta Road villas are listed for 2030.

Before booking, match each phase to its own RERA registration, since District 25 and Ellegenza are being built in stages. Visit the completed Ellegenza or Bellezea homes to judge finish and upkeep before paying for Phase 2. For the pre-launch villas, ask what approvals are in place, because pre-launch prices often come before full sanction. Get a written cost sheet with parking, club and statutory charges shown.

Prices on our listings start at about Rs. 61.3 Lakhs for 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats at Millennia. District 25 starts near Rs. 1.70 Crore, with plans from 2 BHK to 4.5 BHK. The villas are priced higher, from about Rs. 3.65 Crore at Bellezea to about Rs. 5.53 Crore on Bannerghatta Road. Millennia suits first-time buyers, District 25 suits growing families, and the villa projects suit buyers upgrading to an independent home.
