Pacifica Companies gives you two quite different ways in, depending on the city. In Chennai the offer is land: Pacifica Enchante Plots in Siruseri. In Hyderabad it is apartments: Pacifica HillCrest in Gachibowli, with two, three and four bedroom homes. Listed prices start at about Rs. 30 Lakhs for a plot and about Rs. 99 Lakhs for a flat.

The group was founded in 1978 and runs its Indian business from Ahmedabad. On our pages, the Chennai plotted layout is marked completed, with 392 plots in sizes from 20 x 30 up to 40 x 60. HillCrest is still being built and is a much bigger undertaking, planned for 1,058 units with possession from 2027.

For the Siruseri plots, check the layout approval, the RERA number and whether roads, drains and power lines are finished on the ground. Ask for a clear title chain and the encumbrance record before you pay an advance. For HillCrest, confirm the tower's RERA completion date and ask for a cost sheet that lists parking, club, deposit, GST and registration separately.

A Siruseri plot suits a buyer who wants land in Siruseri and is happy to build later. HillCrest suits a family working around Gachibowli who can wait for a finished flat.
