The developer says the towers overlook an 80-acre plotted development next door and a lake nearby. The open-space share has not been published, so ask for the sanctioned site plan.

More than 45 amenities are planned. Picture a morning on the jogging track or in the yoga zone, then a session in the gymnasium or a swim in the pool. Children have several play areas, and older ones can use the basketball court or the multipurpose court after school.

The clubhouse is planned at about 45,000 sq ft, with rooms for indoor games and hobbies. Evenings could mean a film in the mini theatre, a performance in the amphitheatre or a walk through the gardens. CCTV and trained guards are planned around the clock.
