The site is off International Airport Road in north Bengaluru, on the route that leads to Kempegowda International Airport. For anyone who flies often, that is the main reason to live here, although the developer has not published a distance or drive time.

For the rest of daily life, Yelahanka is the nearby hub. That is where most families in this belt look for schools, hospitals and larger shops, and Devanahalli can also be reached by road. Before you book, drive to the school or hospital you would actually use, at the hour you would use it, rather than relying on a map estimate.

Homes along this corridor have grown largely because of the airport, so the area is still filling in. Expect stretches of open land and some roads still being upgraded. If your office is in the centre, the east or the south of the city, a long commute is likely. Test it once in the morning and once in the evening, and factor in the airport-road traffic on weekends.

Purva Codename Infinity has three plans on offer, measured as built-up area. The two-bedroom home is about 1,187 sq ft and quoted at Rs. 1.71 Crore to Rs. 1.88 Crore. The three-bedroom home is about 1,500 sq ft at Rs. 2.17 Crore to Rs. 2.46 Crore. The three-and-a-half-bedroom home, about 1,940 sq ft, is quoted at Rs. 2.81 Crore to Rs. 2.95 Crore. Carpet areas have not been published, so ask for them.

An ordinary day could start with a lap of the jogging track or a gym session in the clubhouse, followed by a swim. If you have young children, the creche and the kids' play area will matter most, particularly when both parents work. After school, the multipurpose sports courts and the indoor games zone keep older children busy.

Quieter moments have a place too: a meditation and yoga area, and landscaped gardens for an evening walk. For family events there is a banquet and party hall, so a birthday or an anniversary need not mean booking a venue outside.
