Purva Symphony Overview
Purva Symphony is a completed apartment project by Puravankara at Kammanahalli Village in Begur Hobli, pincode 560076, off Bannerghatta Road in south Bangalore, with handover from July 2026 onwards. It forms part of the Sound of Water development and offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes with a servant room. It suits buyers who want a home of close to 3,000 sq ft or more inside a gated campus rather than a standalone building, which few options on this side of south Bengaluru offer.
The developer lists the project as completed. Possession is quoted as July 2026 onwards, so ask when the keys for your particular unit will actually be handed over. Only 53 homes make up this enclave, while the wider development covers 20 acres, which means a small group of neighbours with access to a much larger campus.
Every home comes with a servant room. The three-bedroom plans measure about 2,932, 3,072 and 3,690 sq ft, priced from Rs. 4.84 Crore, Rs. 5.32 Crore and Rs. 6.48 Crore respectively. On the smallest plan that works out to about Rs. 16,500 per sq ft, rising to about Rs. 17,600 on the largest. A four-bedroom plan of about 4,374 sq ft also exists, but the developer reports it as sold out, so any such home would come through resale.
This project suits a family with a budget near Rs. 5 Crore that wants generous rooms, space for live-in help and a quiet, low-density address close to the Bannerghatta Road corridor. It is the wrong fit if you are looking for a 2 BHK, want to stay under Rs. 4 Crore, or need four bedrooms from the developer. Buyers who prefer a busy tower community with hundreds of neighbours will also find it too small and too quiet.

About Bangalore
Where in Bangalore should you buy, and what kind of home? The answer depends less on the city as a whole than on the corridor where you work. Bangalore is a high plateau city, about 900 metres up, with the gentlest weather of any big Indian metro, and its population has roughly doubled since 2000. Most of that growth followed the software parks outward, so housing spread along a few long…

Purva Symphony Amenities
Getting around from Purva Symphony
Purva Symphony stands at Kammanahalli Village in Begur Hobli, just off Bannerghatta Main Road, in the Bannerghatta South pocket with pincode 560076. The main road is your link to the city. Head north along it and you reach JP Nagar and the older neighbourhoods beyond, the route most residents will use for work, school and shopping trips.
Going the other way, Electronic City is reachable by road, which matters if someone in the family works in its tech parks. The forest land around Bannerghatta National Park is also within driving range, a pleasant change of scene for weekends. Schools, hospitals and shops are spread along the Bannerghatta Road corridor, so daily errands mean a short drive rather than a walk.
The developer has not published distances or travel times to any office, station or school, so we do not quote any here. Bannerghatta Road is known for heavy traffic at peak hours. Drive from the gate to your workplace on a weekday morning and back in the evening before you decide, and time the school run too if you have children.
Homes and prices at Purva Symphony
Purva Symphony has large homes, and each has a servant room. Three three-bedroom plans remain on offer, quoted as built-up area. The smallest is about 2,932 sq ft from Rs. 4.84 Crore, the next about 3,072 sq ft from Rs. 5.32 Crore, and the largest about 3,690 sq ft from Rs. 6.48 Crore. The four-bedroom plan of about 4,374 sq ft is sold out.
Per sq ft, that is about Rs. 16,500 on the smallest plan and about Rs. 17,600 on the largest. Carpet areas have not been published, so ask for them before you compare value. The project is listed as completed, so check whether your unit already has its occupancy certificate. A finished home with that certificate carries no GST; if your unit is still being finished, GST applies. Stamp duty and registration are payable on every purchase. Ask for a cost sheet that lists:
- Base price and the area it is charged on
- Carpet area alongside the built-up figure
- Car parking bays included with the home
- Clubhouse membership and maintenance deposit
- GST, if it applies, as a separate line
- Stamp duty and registration on the full value
Paperwork and approvals for Purva Symphony
Purva Symphony has no RERA registration number published by the developer. Ask Puravankara for it and check the entry on the Karnataka RERA website (rera.karnataka.gov.in). If the developer says no registration was needed because the work was finished earlier, ask for the occupancy certificate as proof.
Because the project is listed as completed, your purchase should close on a sale deed rather than an agreement for sale. Before you pay, ask for:
- The occupancy certificate for your building
- The sanctioned building plan that shows your unit
- Title documents and a recent encumbrance certificate
- Khata details and the latest property tax receipt
- A draft of the sale deed
If the developer says your unit is still being finished before a July 2026 handover, treat it as an under-construction purchase. In that case, ask for an agreement for sale that states the handover date and ties each payment to a construction stage. At handover, register the sale deed and get the khata moved into your name. Resale buyers of the sold-out 4 BHK should also check that the seller's own deed is registered and that the association has no dues pending.
Living at Purva Symphony
Purva Symphony shares the facilities of a 20-acre development among just 53 households. That ratio is the real appeal here: the pool, courts and gardens are part of a much larger campus, yet your own building stays small and quiet. Ask for the site plan to see where your block stands in relation to the clubhouse and the open areas. Images you are shown are renders as planned by the developer.
A day could start with yoga on the deck or a walk through the zen gardens, then a session at the gymnasium or a few lengths in the swimming pool. If you work from home, a dedicated work zone gives you a desk away from the flat. Later, the health club offers a spa and sauna for winding down.
Children get a play area, and a creche helps working parents. Evenings can go to the jogging track, one of the sports courts or the indoor games zone, while the garden of five senses is a calmer place to spend an hour. Bigger family events can use the multipurpose hall. Ask which facilities are open today and what the monthly maintenance covers.
