Buying from Raghava in Hyderabad means choosing a three bedroom luxury apartment in Gachibowli or the Financial District. Wave by Raghava in Gachibowli is under construction, with possession from October 2028. Nova by Raghava in the Financial District is a new launch, with possession listed from 2031. Both offer a single format, the 3 BHK, which keeps the comparison simple.

Both are large communities. Wave is planned for 1,288 units and Nova for 1,440. Neither has been handed over, so what you are judging is a plan and a construction schedule rather than a finished building. Listed starting prices run from about Rs. 1.23 Crore at Wave to about Rs. 2.15 Crore at Nova.

Before booking, pull up the RERA registration for the specific tower and compare its completion date with your agreement. Nova's delivery date is several years away, so ask whether the payment plan is linked to construction stages and what happens if the schedule slips. Ask for the full cost sheet, including parking, club membership, the corpus fund, GST and registration.

Wave suits a family that works around Gachibowli and can wait until late 2028. Nova suits a buyer with a longer horizon, perhaps an investor or someone planning a move years ahead. If you need a finished home soon, neither fits.
