With RWD in Chennai, you are choosing between finished apartment projects at quite different prices. RWD Corniche is in Egmore, with two, three and four bedroom homes from about Rs. 1.87 Crore. RWD Grand Corridor is in Vanagaram, with two and three bedroom flats from about Rs. 83.8 Lakhs.

Ramky Wavoo Developers was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Chennai. Both projects on our pages are marked completed. Corniche is a small building of 127 units, handed over from March 2021. Grand Corridor is larger, at 356 units, with possession from February 2024. So you can inspect delivered buildings, not just plans, before you commit.

Since both are ready, focus on title and condition. Ask for the RERA registration, the completion certificate and the approved building plan. In Grand Corridor, note that some layouts come with two toilets and some with three, so compare the exact plan you are quoted. For any resale, check the sale deed, tax receipts and association dues.

Corniche suits a buyer who wants an Egmore address and a smaller building, and can stretch the budget for a larger home. Grand Corridor suits a family watching costs who still wants a two or three bedroom flat that is ready now.
