SAS Infra builds both homes and offices in Hyderabad, and everything we list for them is finished or ready to move. For a home, the choice is between SAS Crown in Kokapet and SAS Diamond Towers in Puppalaguda. For an investment in workspace, there is SAS iTower in Gachibowli and SAS Diamond Towers Commercial in the Financial District.

The homes are priced at the premium end. Diamond Towers offers three and four bedroom flats from about Rs. 2.62 Crore across 463 units. SAS Crown is a four bedroom-only project of 235 units, listed from about Rs. 8.34 Crore. On the office side, Grade A space starts at about Rs. 30.7 Lakhs, and iTower was completed in 2022.

With ready homes, your checks are about paperwork and condition. Ask for the RERA registration and the occupancy certificate, and confirm the carpet area of the unit you are shown. Diamond Towers is marked ready to move but lists possession from September 2026, so confirm on site whether your tower has actually been handed over. For office space, ask about the current tenant, the lease terms and the maintenance charges.

Diamond Towers suits a family moving up to a larger flat. SAS Crown suits a buyer looking for a large luxury home. The office units suit investors seeking rental income.
