Signature Dwellings keeps its Bangalore work in the south-east, along the Hosur Road corridor. You can choose between Signature Heights in Electronic City, already under construction, and Signature Regal in Chandapura, which is still at pre-launch. Both are apartment communities with 2 and 3 BHK homes, and the Chandapura project adds 2.5 and 3.5 BHK layouts.

The company was founded in 2012 and is based in Bengaluru, and it pitches itself at the mid-segment rather than luxury buyers. Signature Heights covers about 5 acres with just under 350 homes, and its possession is listed from October 2028. Signature Regal is on a larger 8.5-acre site, with handovers expected from 2030.

Since neither project is finished yet, your checks should focus on the paperwork. For Signature Heights, confirm the RERA number and completion date for your tower. For Signature Regal, be careful with pre-launch offers: ask whether RERA registration is in place before you pay, and get the price, unit and payment plan in writing. A detailed cost sheet with parking, club and GST lines helps you compare the two fairly.

Prices start just under Rs. 1 Crore at Signature Heights and just above it at Signature Regal. That puts both within reach of working couples and families who want a larger home near the Electronic City job belt, and who can wait a few years for possession.
