Match the unit number on every document with the flat you inspected. If you are buying from an owner rather than from Sobha, add the seller's registered deed and a no-dues letter from the residents' association. At registration the sale deed goes into your name. After that, apply for the khata transfer and move the maintenance account over. Keep copies of every receipt for your loan and tax records.

Sobha Dream Acres Tropical Greens is one tower of 13 floors and 120 flats, part of the much larger Dream Acres layout. The developer has not published an open-space figure for this block, so ask for the plan that shows your tower, the clubhouse and the parking. Because the block is finished, you can compare that plan with what stands on the ground.
