Since neither project is complete, check the paperwork before you pay a booking amount. Confirm the RERA registration and the completion date on record for each. Saffron sells premium, grande and luxury versions of its homes, so ask for the carpet area of the exact unit, not just the label. A cost sheet should show parking, club charges and GST separately.
