If Sarjapura Road is already on your shortlist, this developer is worth a look, because every one of its Bangalore communities is on that corridor. The choice is between a finished villa layout, a finished plotted layout and an apartment block still being built. That spread lets you pick how much house you want to buy now against how much you want to build yourself.

The Bengaluru firm works in the low-density, green-building space, using eco-friendly materials and keeping communities spread out. By its own account it has delivered more than a million square feet and has over 150 acres in the pipeline. Here, two projects are complete: Tattvam Woodsvale Villas, with 145 villas across 22 acres handed over from December 2024, and Tattvam Nature NXT, a 13-acre layout of 132 plots ready from April 2025. Tattvam Midori, the apartment project on 5.3 acres, is due from December 2028.

For the villas and plots, you can check the finished roads, drains and clubhouse in person before paying, which removes most of the delivery risk. Ask for the occupancy or completion paperwork and the khata status of the unit you pick. For Midori, confirm its RERA registration, the construction stage of your tower, and a cost sheet that lists parking, maintenance deposit and GST separately.

Prices open at about Rs. 76 Lakhs for a plot at Nature NXT, where sizes go from 30 x 40 up to 40 x 60. Midori starts near Rs. 2 Crore for 3 BHK homes, with study-and-maid's-room and 4 BHK layouts above that. Woodsvale villas begin at about Rs. 2.87 Crore on plots from 30 x 50 to 40 x 60. Families wanting a ready independent home will lean to the villas; buyers happy to wait can take the flats.
