Buying from Trendsquares in Bangalore means picking an under-construction 3 or 4 BHK flat on the eastern side of the city. Both of its current projects are in that belt, one on Panathur Road and one in Whitefield, and both are aimed at families rather than first-time studio buyers.

The Bengaluru company says it has spent more than two decades building homes in the city and calls its communities lifescapes. It reports over 3 million square feet now in progress. Trendsquares Akino on Panathur Road puts 394 homes on 4.7 acres, due from 2028. Trendsquares World of Gardens in Whitefield is bigger, with 648 homes on 12 acres and possession from September 2030. Neither is finished yet, so this is an off-plan purchase.

With both projects still being built, the checks matter more than the brochure. Confirm the RERA registration and the completion date given for your tower, and compare it with the date in your sale agreement. Visit the site to see how far work has gone. Ask for a cost sheet that separates base price, parking, club, maintenance deposit and GST, and ask how payments are linked to construction stages. A delay clause in the agreement is worth reading twice.

Prices start at about Rs. 1.72 Crore at Akino and Rs. 1.74 Crore at World of Gardens. Akino suits buyers working around Outer Ring Road who want an earlier handover. World of Gardens fits families willing to wait longer for a larger campus. Both are better for end use than for a quick resale, given the dates. If you already rent in the area, compare the rent you will keep paying until handover with the price gap between the two projects.
