For the plots, check the layout approval and that roads and utilities are in place. Visit the building and ask residents how the association runs it. For the multi-level homes at Cityville, check the internal stairs and any extensions done by earlier owners against the approved plan.

Plots at Valmark Orchards start near Rs. 48 Lakhs, with sizes from 30 x 40 to 40 x 60, and suit buyers who want to build later. Orchard Square opens around Rs. 1.8 Crore for 2 and 3 BHK homes. Cityville and Apas, from about Rs. 2.93 Crore and Rs. 3.25 Crore, suit families wanting multi-level homes in the south. Resale prices may differ from these listed figures, so check recent sales in the same building.
