Abhee City Urban Glenn is a 45-acre residential apartment township by Abhee Ventures on Varthur-Sarjapur Road, East Bangalore. It was first announced under the working name Codename New Dimension. From Codename to Registered Name
Developers often market a large project under a codename before the final brand is fixed. Location and Connectivity
The project is located on State Highway 35, the Varthur-Sarjapur Road, near Dommasandra Circle and behind Greenwood High School. The address is Thigala Chowdadenahalli, Bangalore 560087, in the Gunjur and Varthur belt of East Bangalore. The road leads to Whitefield in one direction and to Sarjapur in the other.
The corridor links the township with the main employment hubs of the east side, listed below:
- Whitefield, ITPL and the EPIP Zone to the north
- The Outer Ring Road tech corridor through Bellandur and Marathahalli
- Sarjapur Road and its office parks to the south

Abhee City Urban Glenn offers six plans, all measured on built-up area. Prices start at Rs. 1.17 Crore for a 2 BHK and go up to Rs. 2.60 Crore for the largest 4.5 BHK. The plans and their starting prices are listed below:

The Full Cost of Buying
Homes at an under-construction project carry GST, and payments are usually linked to construction milestones. In Karnataka, a property above Rs. 45 Lakhs also pays stamp duty of 5% plus surcharges, and the registration fee is 2%. A written cost sheet should show each of these charges as its own line:

- Floor-rise, facing and view premiums
