The Full Cost of a Home
The quoted price is the starting point, and several costs are added before registration. Where a home falls inside its price band depends on the floor, the facing and the block. The main extra costs are listed below:
- GST of 5% on an under-construction home
- Stamp duty of 5% plus surcharges for a home above Rs. 45 Lakhs in Karnataka
- Registration fee of 2% of the property value
- Floor-rise and facing charges, where they apply

The project is located on Panathur Main Road, close to the Outer Ring Road technology belt. Bellandur, Kadubeesanahalli and Marathahalli are the nearest large employment areas, and Varthur and Whitefield are reached to the east. Panathur Road links the project to the ring road and to Varthur Road.
The road network in this part of the city carries heavy traffic at peak hours, so a weekday drive to the office is the best test.
