This guide covers the location, the towers, the home sizes, the RERA record and the checks to run before booking.

Who the Project Suits
Concorde Auriga suits a couple or a family working in Whitefield, KR Puram or the industrial belt along Old Madras Road. The homes are compact to mid-sized, so the budget stays below that of the large-format towers closer to the Outer Ring Road. A buyer who wants to move in soon gets a finished building with its occupancy certificate in place.
Buyers who prefer a low-rise community or a large garden home will find the format less suitable. With 501 homes on about 4.25 acres, the project is dense, and the towers rise to 28 floors. A visit at peak hour shows how the lifts, the entry gate and the road outside cope.
Location and Connectivity
Concorde Auriga is located at Medahalli on Old Madras Road, the highway that runs east from KR Puram towards Hoskote. The same road connects to Whitefield through the Kadugodi side and to the Outer Ring Road at KR Puram. Budigere Cross, further east, is the turn towards Devanahalli and the airport.
The Purple Line of Namma Metro runs through KR Puram to Whitefield, and KR Puram railway station serves trains towards Chennai and the city. Schools, hospitals and supermarkets are spread along the highway and in the residential layouts behind it. More on the corridor and its other projects is on our Old Madras Road locality page.
Traffic on the highway is heavy at peak hours, mainly at the KR Puram junction. The drive to the office is worth timing in the morning and the evening before deciding.
Towers, Homes and Sizes
Concorde Auriga offers 2 BHK homes with a carpet area of about 548 to 779 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of about 896 to 1,215 sq ft. Tower A holds 141 homes, Tower B holds 187 and Tower C holds 173. The saleable area quoted in a price sheet is larger than the carpet area, since it adds walls, balconies and a share of common space.
The buildings cover only about 12% of the land, and about 80% of the site is registered as open area. Parking is in two basement levels, with one space registered for each home and a further 51 spaces offered for sale. A second car therefore needs to be settled in writing before booking.
Amenities
Amenities at Concorde Auriga are grouped around the 15,630 sq ft clubhouse and the open ground between the towers. The registered facilities include these:
- Clubhouse with indoor sports and a gym
- Swimming pool
- Outdoor sports area, parks and tree planting
- CCTV surveillance and power backup
- Rainwater harvesting and solid waste management
RERA Status and Completion
Concorde Auriga RERA registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/190704/002647, granted on 4 July 2019. Work began on 1 September 2019 under a building plan approved by BBMP. The first completion date of 30 September 2024 moved to 30 June 2025 under the Covid extension. A further extension to 30 June 2026 was granted in July 2025, with the occupancy certificate awaited.
The occupancy certificate was received on 23 December 2025, and the update filed in January 2026 showed all three towers at 100%. That filing recorded 424 homes sold and 77 unsold. The number and the completion record can be checked on the Karnataka RERA portal.
Price and Buying Costs
Concorde Auriga prices depend on the tower, the floor and the facing, so the current price sheet is the document to ask for. A home sold after the occupancy certificate carries no GST, which is a saving over a flat booked during construction. A resale from an existing owner is priced by that owner.
Karnataka charges stamp duty of 5% on a home above Rs. 45 Lakhs, which comes to 5.6% with cess and surcharge, and a registration fee of 2%. Our EMI calculator shows the monthly instalment and the upfront cash for any price. Other costs to budget for are these:
- Maintenance deposit and advance maintenance at handover
- Khata, electricity and water connection charges
- An extra car parking space, if one is needed
- Interiors and modular fittings

Checks Before Booking
A completed project is bought on its papers and on what the buyer sees on site. These steps come first:
- Read the occupancy certificate and confirm that it covers the tower and floor of the home.
- Match the unit number and the carpet area in the agreement with the RERA record.
- Ask for the parking allotment in writing, with the level and the bay number.
- Check the khata status and the water and power connections of the tower.
- Have a property lawyer review the title papers and the sanctioned plan.
- Visit the actual home to see the view, the light and the finish.
A written record of each step keeps the purchase clean for the buyer and the bank. A site visit and a comparison with other homes in the area are worth the time before booking.
