Concorde Group

Buying from Concorde Group in Bangalore can mean almost any format: a mid-sized apartment, a villa in a gated layout, or a plot on the edge of the city. The south is its home ground, around Electronic City, Chandapura, Hosur Road and Kanakapura Road. In the north it builds at Vidyaranyapura, Yelahanka, Thanisandra, Hennur Road and on Chikkaballapur Road, with further sites on Old Madras Road, at Malur and on Sarjapura Road.

Incorporated in 1998 and based in Bengaluru, the builder has more completed projects than ongoing ones in our records. Its older work is concentrated in Electronic City, where several apartment buildings were handed over between 2015 and 2018. Concorde Napa Valley on Kanakapura Road, a villa-plot layout of about 110 acres, shows the larger scale it has also worked at. Recent completions include Concorde Luxepolis in Basavanagudi in 2023.

The newer launches run on long timelines. Concorde Sienna on Hennur Road lists possession from July 2031, and Concorde Antares at Vidyaranyapura from 2028. For each one, note the Karnataka RERA number and compare the possession date in your agreement with the filing. Some older records show no price or date, so ask the builder directly rather than relying on a listing. For plots, check the layout approval and the khata for your site; for flats, ask for a cost sheet with parking, club and GST.

Prices in our records run from about Rs. 21.6 Lakhs for a plot at Concorde Equity Plots in Malur to about Rs. 5 Crore at Luxepolis. Plot buyers and first-time buyers will find most options in the south and at Malur.
