DSR Highland Greenz is a ready-to-move apartment project by DSR Group in Chikkanayakanahalli, off Sarjapur Road, East Bangalore. The project received its occupancy certificate in November 2025, and the developer still has homes to sell. Work started in January 2022 and finished ahead of the completion date of 30 March 2026. The occupancy certificate from the Bangalore Development Authority is dated 14 November 2025. The homes are ready for handover, so the towers, the clubhouses and the common areas are open to inspection.

The project suits buyers who work along Sarjapur Road or the Outer Ring Road and want to move in within weeks, with no construction wait. The address is Sy. Nos. 17 and 18/1 to 18/5, Chikkakanahalli, and Sy. No. 14/4, Chikkanayakanahalli, Varthur Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk, Bengaluru 560035. The site is on Chikkanayakanahalli Road, near Doddakannelli, a short drive off Sarjapur Road. Sarjapur Road meets the Outer Ring Road at Iblur, to the north-west of the site.
Sarjapur Road is lined with schools, hospitals, supermarkets and office campuses, and the Bellandur and Marathahalli tech parks are reached by the Outer Ring Road. The last stretch to the site runs on inner roads, so a drive from the project to the workplace at office time is the surest test.

DSR Highland Greenz prices start at Rs. 1.04 Crore for a 2 BHK and Rs. 1.72 Crore for a 3 BHK. The 2 BHK starting rate works out to about Rs. 11,890 per sq ft. The table below shows the home types on sale:

The RERA registration divides the 900 homes into four types, listed below:

Carpet areas are about 720 to 730 sq ft for a typical 2 BHK and about 915 to 935 sq ft for a 3 BHK. The 1 BHK homes are in Tower 4, with a carpet area of about 405 sq ft. Ask the developer for the homes still open in each tower and the current price of each.
A home bought after the occupancy certificate carries no GST, which lowers the total against an under-construction flat. Buyer payments go into the project account with State Bank of India.
The project was 100% complete at the quarterly update filed on 31 March 2026. Buyers had booked 603 of the 900 homes by that date, which left 297 open across the four towers. The largest choice was in 2 BHK homes, and only a few 3 BHK homes were left in Tower 3.

DSR Group was established in 1988 and builds in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Nellore. It has completed more than 75 projects, with over 25 million sq ft of built-up area delivered. Its Bangalore work is mostly in the east of the city, around Whitefield, Sarjapur Road and Gunjur.
Checks Before Booking
