Villas at Fortius Under The Sun come with 4 or 5 bedrooms and measure 4,500 to 7,500 sq ft. A typical villa plot is about 4,500 sq ft, which leaves room for a garden around the house. The villas follow Vastu principles, and each one has a private lift.

The second phase is a plotted layout of 39 sites on about 7.6 acres. Its sizes are as follows:

The completion date of the second phase passed at the end of September 2026. A buyer of a plot there should ask for the completion status and for any extension of the registration. Both numbers can be checked on the Karnataka RERA portal.
