Evenings belong to the gardens and, when the community gathers, the open amphitheatre and the multipurpose party area. Rainy days move to the indoor games area, and the convenience stores cover the things you ran out of. Since handover runs from 2028, ask which facilities open with the first villas and which follow the last. Orchards take years to mature, so ask what is planted and when.
