The developer describes 19 acres of green open space, about 4,000 trees and a riverside-inspired landscape plan. All images at this stage are renders as planned by the developer, so ask for the sanctioned layout to see where your plot falls.

A morning could begin on the jogging track under those trees, or in the yoga zone, with the gym and swimming pool in the clubhouse after that. The clubhouse is planned at 40,000 sq ft and includes a co-working space, useful on days you work from home. Tennis, badminton and table tennis cover the family's games.

Evenings and weekends move to the mini theatre, the party area or the multipurpose hall for larger family functions. Landscaped gardens give children and older relatives room to walk. Round-the-clock CCTV and controlled entry are planned for security. Ask which facilities will open with the first villas and which wait for the rest of the township.
