Buying from Merusri Developers in Bangalore mostly means buying a villa in Devanahalli, where three of its communities are on our listings. Merusri Sanctuary Villas and Merusri Serene Villas are completed 3 BHK and 4 BHK villa projects. Merusri Antelopes Villas is still being built, with 4 BHK villas due from June 2028. The one exception is Merusri Serenova Plots on IVC Road, a plotted layout.

The finished work is modest in size: Sanctuary has 53 villas on about 2.8 acres and Serene has 50 on about 4.5 acres, handed over from 2022 and 2023. Antelopes is larger, with 118 villas on about 9 acres. Serenova has 166 plots on about 12 acres, in sizes from 30 x 40 to 40 x 70 feet.

Before booking, ask for the RERA number of the specific phase and compare its completion date with the sales promise. For Antelopes, ask to see the finished Sanctuary or Serene homes so you can judge build quality. For Serenova, confirm layout approval, the khata status of your plot and when services will be connected.

Prices run from about Rs. 89.35 Lakhs at Serene and Rs. 94 Lakhs at Sanctuary to about Rs. 5.45 Crore at Antelopes. Serenova plots are listed from about Rs. 84 Lakhs. The older villas suit a first independent home, while Antelopes is aimed at buyers wanting a large 4 BHK villa.
