Sattva Water's Edge II

Sattva Water's Edge II is located in the Zuarinagar part of Sancoale, South Goa, close to the M.E.S. College campus and next to the first phase. Dabolim Airport is about 3.5 km away, an eight-minute drive that suits weekend trips by air. The site climbs a hill slope, so the villas and the upper flats get long views out towards the sea.

Other homes in this part of South Goa are grouped under Sancoale. Check aircraft noise on a visit at your usual hours at home, because the runway is so near.

Sattva Water's Edge II floor plans cover two kinds of home: flats in the River block and the row villas. Each River floor has six homes off one corridor, with a ten-person lift. The two end homes are 2 BHK flats and the four between them are 1 BHK.

River block flats

Room sizes for the two flat types are listed below:

• 1 BHK (units 2 to 5): bedroom 2.80 x 4.00 m, living 2.68 x 3.00 m, dining and kitchen 3.98 x 3.70 m, one bathroom, two balconies
• 2 BHK (units 1 and 6): two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a foyer and an L-shaped balcony 7.96 m long

Row villas

Every villa has four bedrooms spread over a lower ground, an upper ground and a first floor, with a shaft ready for a private lift. The lower level holds a gym, an entertainment room and a bedroom, and the upper ground floor has the living and dining rooms, the kitchen, a bedroom and two-car parking. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, a family lounge and a home office.

Villas 6 to 10 add a private pool of about 3.05 x 8.51 m beside the lower deck. Villas 1 to 5 come without a pool, in one layout for villas 1 and 2 and another for villas 3 to 5.

Sattva Water's Edge II amenities are laid out on the master plan of the Water's Edge campus, with the clubhouse, pool deck and lawns at its centre. A multipurpose hall and a few shops face the road beside the River block. The planned facilities are listed below:
