Getting around from Vian Vayu Apartments

Vian Vayu Apartments is in Kollur, pincode 502300, in west Hyderabad, close to the Outer Ring Road. The published address is the developer's experience centre in Kollur, so ask for the exact site location before you visit.

Being near the Outer Ring Road shapes most journeys. The ring road is how you are likely to reach Gachibowli and the Financial District, the main office areas for people who buy on this side of the city. The developer has not published distances or drive times, so we give none. Drive the route yourself at your usual hour, both ways.

Tellapur is the next locality over, and between it and Kollur you will find schools, hospitals and shops for daily needs. Before you book, map out the school, the clinic and the grocery store your family would use most, and time the trip to each.

Kollur is still filling up with new projects, so the area will change between now and a December 2028 handover. More homes will bring more shops, and also more traffic on the approach roads. On your visit, look at what is being built around the plot and how the lanes leading to it will cope.
