Who the Project Suits
Brigade Eternia is planned for families who want a large three or four-bedroom home in North Bangalore. The budget needed is Rs. 2.5 Crore and above, which places it at the upper end of the Yelahanka market. Households that work around Hebbal and Manyata Tech Park, or fly often, gain the most from the address.
The towers are mid-rise, which suits buyers who prefer a 14-floor building to a 30-floor one. The community is still a large one, with more than 1,100 households sharing the clubhouse and grounds. Buyers looking for a home under Rs. 2.4 Crore, or for possession before 2030, will need to look at other projects in the area.
Location and Connectivity
The site is in Yelahanka, with the Doddaballapur Road on its northern edge and Allasandra Lake to the south. Yelahanka is one of the older, planned parts of North Bangalore, with wide roads, an Air Force station and a railway junction. Bellary Road (NH 44) is a short drive away and leads to Hebbal in one direction and Kempegowda International Airport in the other.

Peak-hour traffic on Bellary Road and at the Hebbal flyover is the main limit on the commute to the city centre. The price per sq ft is about Rs. 15,200 for the smallest 3 BHK and about Rs. 16,400 for the 4 BHK, on super built-up area. Layout and Amenities
The 12 towers are arranged across the plot with about three quarters of the land left open. Towers A to D have 13 floors and Towers E to L have 14 floors, all over two basements for parking. The plan provides 1,381 covered and 131 open car parks.

Construction Status
Brigade Eternia construction began in March 2025. Earthwork is almost complete, the foundations are well advanced and the concrete frames of the towers are going up. Interior work, finishing and landscaping are scheduled for 2028 and 2029, ahead of the registered completion date of 31 March 2030.
The quarterly update filed in July 2026 recorded 687 of the 1,124 homes as booked. Buyers should ask which towers and floors are still open, since the choice narrows as sales move on.
Checks Before Booking
An under-construction purchase of this size deserves a careful review of the papers. These steps cover the main points:
- Look up the RERA number on the Karnataka RERA portal and read the latest quarterly update
- Ask about the writ petition before the High Court of Karnataka that is declared in the registration, and its present status
- Ask how water will be supplied, as the registration names private tankers as the source
- Confirm the distance of the chosen tower from Allasandra Lake and the buffer kept along it
- Match the carpet area, tower and floor in the agreement with the registered plan
- Pay only into the RERA-designated account named in the agreement for sale
