Concorde Sienna is a new launch apartment project by Concorde Group in Kannuru, on Hennur Main Road, North Bangalore. This guide covers what a buyer needs before booking: the location, the homes and prices, the single-tower plan, the RERA details, the stage of work and the checks to run first.

Concorde Sienna is a single-tower high-rise of 260 apartments on a 3-acre site. The tower has two basements, a ground floor and 28 upper floors, and rises to 91.5 m. Most floors hold nine homes, and the ground floor holds eight.
The project was first promoted in early 2026 as a Concorde launch on Hennur Main Road, before its name was announced. It was registered with Karnataka RERA in June 2026 under the name Concorde Sienna. A buyer who saw the earlier pre-launch material is looking at the same site and the same tower.
Who the Project Suits
The project is planned for couples and families who work around Hennur Road, Manyata Tech Park or the airport side of the city. It suits buyers who like high-rise living, long views from the upper floors and a smaller community than a multi-tower campus. The wait is long, as the proposed completion date is in July 2031.

Location and Connectivity
The address is Sy. Nos. 108/1, 108/2, 108/3 and 110/2, Kannur Village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk. Hennur Main Road is the eastern edge of the site, and Kannur Lake is on its western side. The road runs south to Hennur Cross and the Outer Ring Road, and north towards Bagalur and the airport.

The RERA registration divides the 260 homes into 58 two-bedroom, 58 two-and-a-half-bedroom and 144 three-bedroom units. Carpet areas on a typical floor run from about 787 sq ft for the 2 BHK to about 1,185 sq ft for the largest 3 BHK. The agreement for sale is drawn on carpet area, so that is the figure to compare across projects.
GST at 5% applies to a home bought under construction. Stamp duty of 5.6% (with cess and surcharge) and a 2% registration fee apply to a Karnataka home above Rs. 45 Lakhs. In a tower of this height the floor-rise charge can change the price of an upper-floor home, so the cost sheet is best taken for the exact floor. RERA, Approvals and Stage of Work
The Karnataka RERA registration number of Concorde Sienna is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/220626/008740, granted on 22 June 2026. The promoter is Concorde Housing Corporation Pvt Ltd, which also owns the land. The Bangalore Development Authority approved the building plan on 24 April 2026, and buyer payments go into the project account with HDFC Bank.
Work was scheduled to start on 1 July 2026, and the proposed completion date is 27 July 2031. The first quarterly update, filed on 15 July 2026, showed the project at the start of earthwork, with all 260 homes open for booking. Each later update will show the floors completed and the homes booked.

- Ask for the sanctioned plan and the number of lifts serving the nine homes on each floor
- Take a full cost sheet for the chosen floor, with floor rise, parking, club and deposit charges
- Read the payment schedule and the delay clause in the agreement for sale
- Ask how the site drains towards Kannur Lake and what buffer is kept from the lake edge
- Drive Hennur Main Road at peak hour to the workplace and back
