Buying from HM Constructions in Bangalore means choosing between finished flats in the south and a small luxury block in the centre. Their listed homes are in JP Nagar, on Hosa Road and in Frazer Town. Everything we list from them is an apartment project, and most of it is complete.

Brothers Hanif and Mehaboob Siwani set up the firm in 1991, and it is still headquartered in Bengaluru. It builds homes, offices and leisure property in the city. HM Indigo in JP Nagar was completed in April 2018, and HM Crescendo in JP Nagar 6th Phase followed in December 2018. HM Scottsville on Hosa Road is a 3 BHK project of 154 homes. HM Grandeur in Frazer Town is still under construction, with 36 homes and possession listed for December 2026.

Before you book, check the RERA registration and filed completion date for the project you want. HM Scottsville is marked complete but shows possession from June 2026 onwards, so ask which towers hold an occupancy certificate. For HM Grandeur, get the cost sheet for the parking bays that come with each home. For the older JP Nagar projects, look at the upkeep and ask residents about maintenance.

Starting prices run from about Rs. 65.91 Lakhs to Rs. 5.84 Crore. The JP Nagar homes, with 2 BHK to 3 BHK plans, suit families looking for value in an established area. HM Grandeur, with 3 BHK condos and 5 BHK duplexes, is aimed at buyers who want a large home close to the city centre.
