Properties in Moti Nagar

An older, settled neighbourhood with a metro line close by is the case for flats in Moti Nagar. It lies in the north-west of Hyderabad, near Sanath Nagar and Erragadda, and it is largely residential. The Red Line of the metro serves the area, linking it with the city centre. For buyers, that means a central-north base in a place that is already built up, instead of a new suburb still waiting for services.

All three projects we list come from Brigade Group, and they cover a wide price band. Brigade Citadel is complete, with 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes from about Rs. 90 Lakhs and possession from October 2025. Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor are both under construction, due from December 2030. Enclave offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes from about Rs. 2.1 Crore, and Manor offers larger Luxe and Grand versions from about Rs. 2.25 Crore.

So starting prices range from about Rs. 90 Lakhs to Rs. 2.25 Crore. Citadel is a large community with 1,330 homes, while Enclave and Manor are much smaller, at 215 and 190 homes on about 4.5 and 4.7 acres. That gives you a choice between a big, busy township now and a quieter, more exclusive building later.

Getting around is the main attraction. The metro lets you reach the city centre by rail, and the IT corridor can be reached by metro too with a change of line. Check the walk from the gate to the nearest station, since that decides how useful the metro will be in daily life. Inner roads in an established neighbourhood can be narrow, so drive the approach at peak hours.

Weigh a few points before booking. Check each project's registration on the TS-RERA portal. For Enclave and Manor, a 2030 handover is a long wait, so compare the payment plan with the build schedule.
