Only pay a demand once you have seen the matching work on site. When your block is complete, collect the occupancy certificate, a registered sale deed and the khata transfer. Keep every receipt, and note the completion date on the portal so you can hold the developer to it.

At the weekend, the spa and health centre offers downtime, and the multipurpose hall suits birthdays and family functions. Shops inside the project may save a trip for small errands. Ask which block your unit is in and how far it is from the clubhouse you would use most.
