If you are looking at SBR Group in Bangalore, your choice comes down to two parts of the city. Whitefield holds most of its projects, from mid-rise apartments to villament communities. Mysore Road is its second base, with larger apartment campuses on around 8 acres. Almost everything is still under construction, so you are mostly buying on plan.

The developer is headquartered in Bengaluru, and every SBR project in our listings is residential. In Whitefield you will find SBR Minara, SBR One Residence and SBR Florenso under construction, with possession dates between 2027 and 2029. SBR Earth and Sky, also in Whitefield, is marked ready to move, with handovers listed from December 2026. On Mysore Road, SBR Global Queensville is listed with possession from 2030. SBR One Residence is the largest here, on 12 acres with more than 900 homes.

Before booking, confirm the RERA registration of the exact tower or phase you pick, and check how its completion date compares with the date in the brochure. Villament layouts such as garden, sky and terrace units can differ a lot in usable area, so ask for carpet area per unit, not just super built-up area. Get a written cost sheet that lists parking, maintenance deposits and GST separately.

The configurations suit two broad groups. Buyers wanting a first family home can start with 2 BHK apartments on Mysore Road, where prices begin near Rs. 78 Lakhs, or at SBR Minara in Whitefield at about Rs. 93 Lakhs. Buyers who want more space and a private terrace or garden will look at the villaments at SBR Florenso and SBR Earth and Sky, priced from about Rs. 1.72 Crore to Rs. 1.89 Crore.

Penthouse options appear in several projects too, so ask for current availability, since these sell out early. Visiting a finished SBR building before paying the booking amount is a sensible step.
