Properties in HSR Extension

Want an HSR address without paying full HSR prices? HSR Extension spreads out past the original HSR Layout sectors in the direction of Kasavanahalli and Sarjapur Road. Building picked up here after HSR had no plots left. The job reach matches HSR's, at a modest discount. Think of it as the quieter fringe of a well-known address.

Both listed projects are premium apartments, one finished and one under construction. Bren Zahara, on about 4 acres, offers three-bedroom homes in four layouts, completed from March 2024. Lodha Haven Apartments, on around 9 acres, has three- to 4.5-bedroom plans from about Rs. 2.5 Crore, with possession from December 2028. Large three-bedroom homes are the norm, so this is a market for families trading up rather than first-time buyers. If you need four bedrooms or more, Lodha's 4.5-bedroom plan is the main option on our list.

Location does most of the work. HSR Layout is next door, and Sarjapur Road starts right beyond the extension, which opens the eastern office corridor. You get HSR's shops and services without living inside its busiest sectors. That access, more than anything inside the extension, is what sets its prices.

The area is largely built out now, so new supply is scarce and you will be choosing between few options. For the finished building, ask for the occupancy certificate. Bren Zahara's price is on request, so get a written quote and compare it with recent sales in the same complex. For the ongoing project, confirm the RERA registration and the filed completion date. Ask about water supply and parking, and drive the Sarjapur Road junction at rush hour before you sign.

To compare, look at HSR Layout, Kudlu Gate, Singasandra and Begur Road in the same southern zone. HSR Layout is the most direct test, since you can weigh the discount against its central sectors.
